Algebraic Geometry, Representation Theory
Hunter Dinkins completed his PhD under the supervision of Andrey Smirnov at UNC Chapel Hill in 2022. In 2022-2023 he was a Zelevinsky Postdoctoral Fellow at Northeastern University. As of Fall 2023, he is an NSF Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT working with sponsoring scientist Davesh Maulik. He is interested in the intersection of algebraic geometry and representation theory, particularly in aspects of 3d mirror symmetry.
