Geometric Analysis, with a focus on Free Boundary Minimal Surface

Bio

Giada Franz will join MIT in September 2022 as CLE Moore Instructor. Currently, She is a PhD student at ETH Zürich under the supervision of prof. Alessandro Carlotto. She obtained bachelor and master degrees in Mathematics from the University of Pisa and the Scuola Normale Superiore. Her research field is Geometric Analysis. More specifically, she focuses on the study of Free Boundary Minimal Surfaces.
