18.103 Homework Assignments - Fall 2007

About Homework:

  • Homework assignments will be due on Fridays, and can either be turned in before or after class, or to my office by 4 pm.

  • All homework assignments will be posted at least one week in advance of the due date.

  • These assignments will be a mix of problems selected from the text (Niven et. al.) and additional problems from other sources. There are many other exercises in the textbook that will not be assigned, but that are worthwhile and would make good exam questions, so you are encouraged to do as many of the exercises at the end of the section as possible.

  • You are encouraged to work together on the problem sets, but you MUST write up your own solutions. If you do work with others in the class, please list them somewhere at the top of the problem set.
