PROBLEM SETS
Rules
These problem sets are quite long and go a little bit beyond the material seen in the lectures. They are usually related to some problems encountered in physics, so they can be seen as an application of the material in a "real" context. Because they might seem a little bit hard, you may and should both discuss these problems with other students and read things everywhere you want. But you must write solutions entirely on your own. Also, on the first page of your homework, please do list both the individuals with whom you discussed the homework and the sources that you consulted.
Grading
The problem sets represent 40% of the final grade (10% for each).
