The mission of the Aspen Meeting on Foundations Models is to foster a deep, collaborative dialogue between leading researchers in academia and industry to explore the technical and mathematical underpinnings of foundation models, with the goal of addressing current challenges and identifying pathways for the advancement and deployment of these technologies.
After a successful first edition of the workshop, past October, which gathered over 30 leading researchers, the 2025 edition aims to consolidate this incipient scientific community, increase the participation of early-career researchers, and emphasize some nascent themes that gained relevance in recent months.
