Instructor in Pure Mathematics 2017-2019, NSF Fellow 2018-2019
I grew up and attended college in Florida. When it came time for graduate school, I moved to the Midwest to study in Urbana-Champaign. I missed the seashore, but I learned a lot of math there, and developed an appreciation for the prairie skies. I finished my PhD in dynamics of dispersive PDEs in 2017 and moved to MIT. When I'm not doing math, I enjoy music, photography, and taking long random walks through the city (and yes, sometimes I actually do flip a coin at the street corners).
