Sarah Snider

I'm originally from Barrie Canada, and prior to beginning my bachelors I trained and danced with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. I attended the University of Waterloo for my undergrad, majoring in Mathematical Physics and minoring in Pure Mathematics. During this time, as part of the co-op program, I spent a year employed at aerospace labs working on and testing planetary and imaging sensors. I also spent time as a research assistant at the University of Ottawa working with their Computational Nanophotonics Group which led to my current main research interest: computational fluid dynamics. Outside of academics I enjoy cooking, reading, and going to the theatre.
