Dinner

On Wednesday evening, participants gathered for the conference banquet at the nearby Royal East Restaurant. The dinner included wine and Jeff Adams' Vogan Ale, as well as music by Monty McGovern. Master of Ceremonies Peter Trapa led the evening, which included tributes and anecdotes from Bert Kostant, George Lusztig, Gregg Zuckerman, Nolan Wallach, James Arthur, Birgit Speh, Don King, Martin Andler, David Jerison, Pavel Etingof, Roman Bezrukavnikov, Roger Howe, Wilfried Schmid, Marc van Leeuwen, Allen Knutson, Pavle Pandzic, Dennis Porche (also photographer, so not in the pictures), Monica Nevins, Pramod Achar (in the Vogan costume!), Jing-Song Huang, and Susana Salamanca-Riba.
