Exam Information
18 March in class. The midterm will be closed book/closed notes.
It will cover through section 3.3 in
Stroock. There will be approximately three questions,
similar in difficulty to what you have seen on your
homework. If you are looking for extra exercises to help
you prepare, I suggest working out some of the additional
exercises in Stroock, as well as some of the exercises in
Rudin or a comparable text.
Final:
18 May in 2-135, 9am-12pm. The final is closed book/closed
notes. It covers all material from the semester.
There will be approximately 6 questions, similar in difficulty to
the homework. I again suggest looking at the relevant chapters in
Stroock or Rudin for practice exercises.
