SYLLABUS

Problem sets:

There will be (almost) weekly homework assignments, typically posted on Tuesday and due the following Tuesday in my office by 5:00 PM. Late assignments will not be accepted, however, your lowest score will be dropped.

Exams

There will be one 90 minute midterm (in class on Tuesday October 26) and a final exam, date TBA. The final exam will be cumulative with a slight emphasis on the material covered after the midterm.

Grading

Homework Assignments: 30%

Midterm: 30%

Final Exam: 40%
