Welcome!
I am a C.L.E. Moore instructor/ NSF Mathematical Sciences post-doctoral research fellow in the Mathematics Department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. My research interests lie in noncommutative algebra, noncommutative algebraic geometry, noncommutative invariant theory, and representation theory.
I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics in August 2011 from the University of Michigan, yet I spent nearly half of my graduate career at the University of Manchester in the UK working with my research adviser Toby Stafford. I was also co-advised by Karen Smith during my time at Michigan.
Besides studying and teaching mathematics, I enjoy dancing, travelling, and watching TV and films.
