Correspondence by e-mail is requested for convenience and speed. Authors may submit manuscripts to any member of the editorial board. It is suggested that a TEX file of the manuscript be sent by e-mail and a hard copy by fax or regular mail. Also, when submitting a paper, authors are requested to send simultaneously a TEX file to the editors-in-chief by e-mail. We regret that we cannot handle manuscripts which are not prepared in TEX. A list of e-mail addresses for all editorial board members is given in the Editorial Board section. Authors of research announcements may give the names of mathematicians familiar with the details of their work and/or provide a detailed manuscript, if available.
