Local information

The talks will take place in the Institut de Mathématiques d'Orsay (307 Rue Michel Magat, 91400 Orsay). It is a 5–10 minute walk from the RER B commuter rail station `Orsay-Ville'. The approximate travel time from the center of Paris (Châtelet-Les Halles station) to Orsay-Ville is 45 minutes. See the Google Map below, as well as a map of the Orsay campus. Here are the walking directions from the website of the institute (assuming you arrive to the Orsay-Ville station from Paris):

Descend the stairs from the platform, and turn left. After exiting the tunnel, walk straight down the hill (rue Desjobert) and just before you get to the bus station at the bottom, turn left into rue de Launay. Follow this road for about a minute until you see a big white building on the right (the music conservatory). Turn right in front of this building, taking the path that leads to the pedestrian bridge that crosses the stream. Cross over it, and the maths building is the first on the left.

Caution: we do not work with any third party companies to provide accommodations for the conference! The speakers have already been contacted regarding accommodations, the participants are generally expected to book their own accommodations. If you receive an email from someone other than us about `facilitating accommodation arrangements', it is a scam.
