ORCID iD iconAssistant Professor, Institute for Mathematical and Computational Engineering, PUC Chile

Sample image Welcome! I'm an applied mathematician interested in wave phenomena and electromagnetism, scientific computing, integral equations, high-order PDE solvers and numerical analysis. I recently joined the Institute for Mathematical and Computational Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) as an Assistant Professor in June 2018. I was previously Applied Mathematics Instructor in the Department of Mathematics of MIT (from Sept. 2016 to June 2018) where I mainly worked with Profs. Steven Johnson and Ruben Rosales. I received my Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Caltech under Prof. Oscar Bruno in 2016. Before moving to Caltech, I got a master's degree in Engineering Sciences and a bachelor's degree in Mathematical Engineering, both from PUC. More information can be found in my CV.
