Orbispaces as Stratified Fibrations (Part II)
Abstract:
I'll recall what stratified fibrations are, and how orbispaces can
be viewed as special cases of stratified fibrations. Then, I'll build the
classifying space for orbispace structures, and use it to show that all
orbispaces are global quotients.
