Orbispaces and Stratified Fibrations
Abstract:
I'll explain why orbispaces can be viewed as a special case of
stratified fibrations. I'll construct the classifying space for orbispace
structures, and I'll show how to use it in order to prove that all
orbispaces are global quotients.
