Section 1.6   3, 10, 12, 13, 16, 20, 27

I chose those 7 questions form Section 1.6 and you could look at others. Section 1.7 explains orthogonal matrices Q (inverse equals transpose) --- I will do that in class but not on homework. Then we move to Section 2.1 and these homework questions:

Section 2.1   3, 4, 7, 8 plus this final question:

Create a finite difference approximation with nodes at x= 0, h, 2h, 3h, 4h=1

- d/dx ( c(x) du/dx ) = f(x) with u(0) = 5 and du/dx (1) = 0
