      Globalizing the Bloch-Lichtenbaum spectral sequence
Abstract: Bloch and Lichtenbaum have constructed a spectral sequence from the motivic cohomology of a field F to the K-theory of F. We show how a version of Bloch's localization moving lemma, together with a generalization of the Dold-Kan correspondence due to Friedlander-Suslin, gives a method for extending the Bloch-Lichtenbaum spectral sequence to schemes essentially of finite type over a Dedekind domain.
