SPUR is a six-week program of full-time research experience for MIT undergraduates, paired with MIT Math graduate students as mentors, culminating in written papers and lectures to faculty. The top team is selected for the Rogers Family Prize by a jury of senior faculty, which this year consisted of Professors Pavel Etingof, Haynes Miller, and Alexander Postnikov.

Out of eight team presentations of very high standard, two teams were selected for the Rogers Family Prize:

Pavlo Pylyavskyy - Graduate Student Mentor
Nathan Ince - Undergraduate Student
