Do the problems listed below. You can find these problems in
the "PROBLEM LISTS and Notes" section of the Problem Sets 18.311
WEB page. Specifically, in the notes:
	Spectral Methods and Fourier Series.

1 Regular Problems.
  SMFS03. Compute derivatives using the FFT.
  In doing this problem, reading carefully the answer to the
  prior problem set could be useful.

2 Special Problems.
  SMFS02. Formula to approximate the derivative using the FFT.
