Important information for admitted graduate students can be found in the Admissions Office's Planning Guide. Forms may be downloaded. Online submission of reply forms is recommended whenever possible. Contact the Graduate Admissions Office if you have trouble accessing the Planning Guide.

Credit for Fall 2009 Math Department financial aid awards, with few exceptions, should appear in the system by this time. Any "late payment fee" resulting from a delay in entering financial awards will be cancelled once the financial award is processed. Other fees, such as the $136/term Student Life Fee and Housing expenses, are solely the responsibility of each student.
