mkutf8 is a small utility that allows transliteration between plain ASCII and various Unicode character families (extended Latin, Greek, Russian, Korean).

FSHTool is a graphics converter for the Need For Speed game series. It performs conversion between the FSH/QFS and BMP file formats. It has also been reported to work with various other Electronic Arts games.
